Hello my name is Patricia Jean. I create unique fashions from recycled denim jeans, clothing and other fabrics. Patty Jean Designs is the name of my business because most of what I make is from recycled jeans and since my Mom always called me Patty Jean it fit. My creative sewing, sense of style and artistic approach to fashion make my purses, clothing designs, quilts, stuffies and other unique creations, a must have for your collection.

ABOUT PATTY
I love to sew. My first sewing project was a dress I designed for myself from one of my Grandmother’s dresses when I was 9 years old! I had no pattern; just an idea. My Grandmother got out the sewing machine for me, set it on the table and that was just the beginning. Throughout my life I have recycled clothing out of necessity for my family. I was creating original designs out of jeans and gently used clothing even when it was not so popular. It is very nice to see more people interested in recycling and going "green". You will love my hand crafted and handsewn designs and creations.
